Service

Ads that bring calls, bookings and orders, from your own accounts

We run your Google, Local Services, Meta, Microsoft and TikTok ads from accounts in your name. Budget moves toward the ads that bring paying customers, and our fee is shown apart from your ad spend.

Delivered every month

  • Campaigns run in ad accounts registered in your business name
  • Call, form and sale tracking tied to every campaign
  • Weekly search term reviews and negative keyword updates
  • New ad copy and creative tests each month
  • A live dashboard of spend, calls and booked work by campaign

Google, Meta and TikTok can each claim the same customer. We count each sale once and judge every campaign on it.

Business benefits

Four changes to your ad spend

Each change comes from tying your ads to the booked jobs, appointments or orders in your own systems, so budget follows paying customers.

Ad spend tied to real customers

We connect your ads to your booked jobs, appointments or orders. Budget then goes to the searches and audiences that bring paying customers, and away from clicks that never call.

Fewer wasted clicks every week

We block searches that do not fit, such as job seekers, DIY questions or towns you do not serve. More of your budget reaches people who are ready to buy.

Your accounts, your budget, your data

Ads run in accounts you own. Your budget is paid straight to Google, Meta and the other platforms. Our fee is shown separately, and you keep all history if you leave.

Changes you approve and can see

Every budget, bid or targeting change is proposed, approved by you or your named contact and recorded. Your live dashboard shows spend and results any time.

Problems we fix

Where ad budgets go to waste

These three problems cost small businesses ad budget every month. None of them shows up clearly in the platforms' own reports, so they keep running.

Budget spent on searches that never book

Broad keywords match searches for free advice, jobs or other cities. Without weekly reviews of the actual searches, part of your budget goes to people who will never hire you.

Ads judged on clicks instead of customers

Many ad reports stop at clicks and form fills. Without call tracking and job data, you cannot tell which campaign filled your schedule and which only spent money.

Platforms count the same sale twice

Google, Meta and TikTok can each claim credit for the same customer. Adding their reports together makes ads look better than they are, so budget goes to the wrong place.

Full scope

The channels and tracking we handle

Search, social, video and marketplace ads, plus the tracking that shows what each dollar brought in. We run the channels where your customers spend time.

01

Google and Microsoft search

Ads for people searching for what you sell right now. Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max and Shopping, run from your own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts.

  • Search campaigns built around the jobs and services you want most
  • Local Services Ads, the Google ads with the Google Verified badge
  • Performance Max, Google's campaign type that runs across all its channels
  • Shopping ads with product feeds from Google Merchant Center
  • Negative keywords, a block list of searches that will not book
  • Smart Bidding, Google's automatic bidding, set to booked work or profit
  • Enhanced Conversions, which sends sales back to Google to improve targeting
  • Microsoft Advertising campaigns to reach people searching on Bing
02

Meta, video and social

Facebook and Instagram ads that reach local buyers and past customers, plus YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn when your customers spend time there.

  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns for leads, bookings and sales
  • Advantage+ campaigns, Meta's automated targeting, with exclusions we control
  • Lead forms that send new leads to your inbox or customer database
  • Conversions API, a server link that reports sales back to Meta
  • Retargeting, ads shown to people who visited but did not call
  • YouTube and Demand Gen video ads for local awareness
  • TikTok Spark Ads and Pinterest shopping ads for consumer brands
  • LinkedIn ads for business-to-business services
03

Marketplace and retail ads

Ads inside Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces, where shoppers are already searching for products to buy.

  • Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
  • Amazon DSP, which shows your ads to Amazon shoppers on other sites
  • Walmart Connect sponsored products and sponsored brands
  • Bids set by product margin, so low-margin items get less budget
  • Search term reviews to find new keywords that sell
  • Listing fixes, including A+ Content, so ad clicks turn into sales
04

Tracking and measurement

The setup that tells you what each ad dollar brought in. Without it, budgets get moved on guesswork.

  • Call tracking with CallRail, so every call shows its ad source
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager set up correctly
  • Booked jobs and sales matched back to each campaign
  • Offline conversion uploads that tell Google and Meta which leads became customers
  • Blended results across platforms, so no sale is counted twice
  • Holdout tests, which pause ads in one area to measure true lift

Process

How we run your campaigns

We fix tracking before we spend more. After launch, our software checks your accounts every night, and every change waits for your approval and goes on the record.

  1. 01

    Audit your accounts and tracking

We review your ad accounts, search terms, tracking and landing pages. You get a written list of wasted spend and missing tracking, with the top fixes in order.

  2. 02

    Fix tracking and launch campaigns

We connect calls, forms and sales to each ad, then rebuild or launch campaigns around the jobs, services or products that earn you the most.

  3. 03

    Check nightly, adjust on approval

Our software reads your accounts every night and prices each problem in dollars. Our specialists propose the fix, you approve, and every change is recorded.

  4. 04

    Review results in plain English

Each month your account lead walks through spend, calls, booked work and cost per customer, and agrees the next month's budget and tests with you.

Timeline

What the first three months bring

  1. 30days

    First 30 days

We audit your accounts, fix tracking, block wasted searches and restructure the campaigns that matter most. New accounts launch once tracking is confirmed.

  2. 90days

    First 90 days

Bidding has enough data to learn. We shift budget toward the campaigns with the lowest cost per booked job or sale, and test new ads and landing pages.

  3. Ongoingevery month

    After that

Nightly checks, weekly search term reviews, monthly creative refreshes and a monthly results review. Seasonal budgets are planned ahead with you.

What we measure

The numbers we work to move

Cost per customer

Ad spend divided by booked jobs, appointments, cases or orders. It is the main number we work to lower.

Return on ad spend

Revenue from ads divided by ad spend, with each sale counted once across all platforms so the figure stays honest.

Calls from ads

Calls traced to each campaign and keyword, split into new customers and existing ones.

Wasted spend

Budget spent on searches and placements that brought no calls, forms or sales, priced in dollars.

Lead to customer rate

The share of ad leads that became paying customers, from your job, booking or sales records.

Questions

What owners ask about ad management

Straight answers, in plain English.

All questions
Do I pay for ads through you?

No. Google, Meta and the other platforms charge your ad budget directly to your own card or account. Our management fee is billed separately, so you always see exactly what went to ads.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns run in accounts in your business name. If you leave, the accounts, history, audiences and tracking stay with you. We remove our access.

What affects the cost of ad management?

The number of platforms, campaigns and locations, the size of your ad budget and how much creative we produce. You get a written quote with your free audit. Service is month-to-month, with no long contract and no setup fee.

How soon will ads bring in work?

Search ads can bring calls within days of launch. Results usually steady over the first 60 to 90 days, once tracking has enough data and bidding has learned which searches turn into customers. We never promise a set number of leads.

How much of my time will this take?

A kickoff call, access to your ad accounts and a short monthly review. You approve changes by email or in your dashboard. After setup, the main ask is a monthly review call of about 30 minutes.

Do you run Local Services Ads?

Yes. Local Services Ads are the Google ads that show the Google Verified badge, and you pay per lead instead of per click. We set up your profile, help with verification, manage your budget and dispute leads that do not fit.
