What you get

What changes for your shop

Four results HVAC owners ask us for most, and the work behind each one.

More replacements from your repair calls

An aging system on a repair call is a replacement lead. We follow up every open replacement estimate with texts and emails your team approves, and we show financing on every install page.

Busy techs in spring and fall

Shoulder seasons leave trucks idle. We run tune-up and maintenance campaigns to past customers and nearby homes, so your board fills before the first heat wave.

More maintenance agreement members

Members book earlier, call you first and buy their next system from you. We promote your plan on your site, after each visit and before each renewal date.

Ad spend that matches your capacity

When your board is full, we lower repair bids. When techs open up, we raise them. Budget goes to the calls your team can run that week.

Problems we fix

Where HVAC shops lose booked jobs

These are the problems we find most often. Each has a fix, and each fix is tracked to booked jobs.

14%

of calls to home services businesses were missed, in a study of 1.1 million leads

Peak-season calls roll to voicemail

On the hottest and coldest days, calls can outrun your office. Callers who reach voicemail phone the next company. Every missed call is a job your competitor books instead.

55%

of home services businesses do not ask leads to buy or book the job

Calls get answered but never booked

A CSR takes the call, gives advice and hangs up with no time on the board. Price shoppers and tune-up callers drift to a competitor. We review call outcomes and help your team ask for the booking.

Replacement estimates sit unsold for weeks

A system replacement is the largest ticket you write. Many go unsold because nobody follows up after the first visit. The homeowner gets a second quote and signs with the company that called back.

Key moments

Your marketing, timed to the weather

HVAC demand swings with the temperature. We plan each swing ahead, so your ads, pages and follow-ups are ready the day the calls start.

Illustrative demand pattern for a typical US market. Your own curve comes from your field service data.

1Spring and fall

We email and text past customers about tune-ups and your maintenance plan. Ads focus on homes near your current routes to keep techs busy between peaks.

2First heat wave

We raise no-cool and AC repair budgets, extend call answering hours and push same-day booking on your site. Tune-up ads pause so call slots go to paid repairs.

3Board fully booked

When your schedule is full several days out, we lower repair bids and shift budget to replacement leads that can wait for a visit next week.

4First cold snap

No-heat campaigns go live in every service area. Furnace and heat pump repair pages move to the top of your site, and after-hours calls go to our answering team.

What is included

Everything in your plan, item by item

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most HVAC contractors use.

  1. Local Services Ads setup and lead disputes

We set up and verify your profile, choose the job types you want and dispute leads that do not qualify, such as calls from outside your area and spam.

  2. Google Ads split by job type

Separate campaigns for AC repair, heating repair, system replacement and maintenance. Each has its own budget, so a busy replacement week never starves your repair calls.

  3. A service-area page for every city

One useful page per city or suburb you serve, with local job photos, reviews and services. These pages help you show up in nearby searches and on Google Maps.

  4. Replacement estimate follow-up

Texts and emails go to homeowners with open replacement estimates at set intervals, with your financing options. Your comfort advisor gets a daily list of who opened them.

  5. Maintenance agreement campaigns

Spring and fall tune-up reminders to past customers, plan offers after each repair visit and renewal reminders before memberships lapse.

  6. Review requests tied to job close

Requests go out when a job is marked complete in your field service software, while the visit is fresh. We draft a reply to every review for your approval.

  7. Call answering trained on HVAC

With after-hours cover, a trained team answers nights, weekends and overflow. They sort no-heat and no-cool emergencies from routine calls and book each one onto your schedule.

  8. Live dashboard and monthly review

Booked jobs, cost per booked job, missed calls and average ticket by service, updated nightly. Your account lead walks you through it each month in plain English.

Questions

HVAC marketing, answered

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What drives the cost of HVAC marketing?

Cost depends on how many cities you cover, how competitive repair and replacement searches are there, how many locations you run and which services you need, such as call answering. Ad budget is separate and is paid to Google and Meta from your own accounts. A written quote comes with your free audit if you want one.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel at the end of any month, and everything we built stays with you.

Who owns the website, ad accounts and Google profile?

You do. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile and all content are in your name. If you leave, you keep all of them.

How is my ad spend kept separate from your fee?

Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see what went to ads and what went to us.

How soon will I see more booked jobs?

Call answering, missed-call text-back and Local Services Ads fixes can show up in the first few weeks. Google Ads usually need 30 to 60 days of data to settle. Service-area pages and map rankings build over 3 to 6 months. We cannot promise rankings or a set number of jobs. Each month we report what actually happened.

How much of my time will this take?

Expect a kickoff call of about an hour and a few logins to share. After that, you approve changes by email or text and join a monthly review with your account lead. We handle the rest.

Can you slow ads down when my techs are booked out?

Yes. Our software reads your schedule every night. When you are booked several days out, we lower repair bids and keep replacement and maintenance ads running. When techs open up, we raise bids again. You approve the rules once and can see every change in your dashboard.

Do you work with ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro?

Yes. Our software connects to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge and Jobber. It reads booked jobs, estimates and invoices every night and matches each job to the ad, listing or call that started it. Your office keeps working the way it does today.
