Nebula for automotive

More cars, service orders and parts sold, from cleaner vehicle data

One team runs marketing for car dealerships and auto parts retailers. Our software reads your inventory, CRM, DMS or store every night and shows which spend sells cars, repair orders and parts.

Dealers and parts sellers both sell from vehicle data. We fix that data first, so your ads show what you can sell.

What you get

What changes for dealers and parts sellers

Four changes that tie your marketing to the cars and parts you sell.

Results in cars and parts sold

We report cars sold, service repair orders and parts orders, matched to your CRM, DMS or store. Leads and clicks are shown too, as steps on the way to a sale.

Ads that follow your stock

Vehicle and product ads update from your inventory feed. Sold units and out-of-stock parts stop spending, and budget moves to what you need to sell.

Vehicle data kept clean

Inventory feeds, fitment and product data are checked every night for the gaps that hide your cars and parts from buyers.

A named US account lead

One person who knows automotive runs your account, explains each change in plain English and reviews results with you every month.

A service advisor explains a repair estimate to an older customer at a dealership service drive.

Problems we fix

Where automotive budgets miss the sale

Three problems we see across dealer and parts accounts. Each one starts with data or reporting.

Feed and data errors hide your inventory

A missing photo, a wrong price or a gap in fitment data can drop a car or part from Google, marketplaces and your own site search. No report shows the sales that never happened.

19%

Share of 2025 car buyers who used AI while shopping, including 25% of new-car buyers

Shoppers start on listing sites and AI

Buyers compare cars and parts on listing sites, marketplaces and AI assistants before they contact you. Pages those tools cannot read get passed over.

Spend judged on leads instead of sales

Ad platforms and vendors count leads and clicks. The sale lives in your DMS, CRM or store. Without the match, budget keeps going to the sources that do not sell.

Why specialists

Why vehicle data needs a specialist team

Automotive ads depend on VINs, inventory feeds, fitment data and OEM rules. Our team works with all four every day.

We know the systems you run

VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. We connect to what you already use instead of asking you to change.

We know vehicle data

VINs, inventory feeds, ACES and PIES fitment and part numbers sit under all automotive marketing. Our team fixes the data problems that general agencies miss.

We know the rules you work under

OEM brand standards, co-op documentation and marketplace listing rules shape what you can run. We plan inside them from the start.

Compliance

OEM and co-op rules for dealers

Franchised dealers work under OEM advertising programs. We plan dealer campaigns inside those rules and keep the paperwork your co-op claims need.

  • We are not an OEM-certified vendor. We work alongside the certified vendors your OEM program requires.
  • Ads follow your OEM brand standards, disclaimers and offer language, and are checked before they go live.
  • Each month we hand you co-op documentation: tearsheets, invoices and spend reports sorted by campaign.
  • You or your office submit co-op claims. Your OEM decides what it reimburses, and we never promise approval.

Questions

Automotive marketing questions, answered directly

Straight answers, in plain English.

All questions
Do you work with both dealers and parts sellers?

Yes. Car dealerships and auto parts retailers each have their own page and their own team focus. Dealers get inventory ads, service marketing and CRM matching. Parts sellers get fitment data work, Shopping and marketplace management and margin per product.

What does automotive marketing cost?

It depends on your rooftop count or catalog size, the channels we run and how much data and service work you need. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed, and your ad budget stays separate from our fee.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You do. Your ad accounts, Google Business Profile, analytics, store, listings and content stay in your name. If you leave, you keep all of it, with its full history.

Are you OEM-certified?

No. We are not an OEM-certified vendor, and we do not replace the vendors your OEM program requires. We work alongside them, build ads to your OEM's rules and hand you co-op documentation each month for you to submit.

Which systems do you connect to?

For dealers, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK and Reynolds and Reynolds, plus Google Ads, Merchant Center and Meta. For parts sellers, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon Ads and Seller Central and Walmart Connect. Our software reads them every night once you grant access.
