What you get

What changes in sales and service

Four changes across your showroom and service drive, each one measured against your CRM and DMS.

Know your cost per car sold

Our software matches each lead in VinSolutions, DealerSocket or your CRM to the deal in your DMS. You see which campaigns sold cars and which only sent forms.

Inventory ads that follow your lot

Vehicle ads update from your inventory feed every day. Sold units stop spending. Aged units and fresh trade-ins get more budget, so ad money follows the cars you need to move.

Service bays with fewer gaps

We market your fixed ops: recall outreach, declined-work follow-up, maintenance reminders and service search ads. Service gets its own budget and its own monthly count of booked ROs.

Every lead answered fast

We track how fast your team replies to internet leads and calls, day and night. Slow replies show up with the deals at risk, and after-hours leads land on a callback list.

Problems we fix

Where dealer budgets stop selling cars

We find these three problems again and again in dealer accounts. Each fix is traced to sold deals and repair orders.

Leads are counted on arrival, sales weeks later

Leads pile up but few become deals

Third-party sites and form fills count as leads the moment they arrive. Many never reply or buy elsewhere. Without a match to sold deals, budget keeps going to the sources that sell the fewest cars.

Shoppers leave your VDPs without calling

Buyers compare cars on dealer sites and listing sites before they visit. Slow vehicle pages, missing photos and unclear prices send them to the next store. Your ads paid for those visits either way.

Service marketing gets what is left

Fixed ops brings steady gross, yet most ad budget goes to new and used sales. Recall customers, declined repairs and lapsed service customers go quiet when no one follows up.

How we help

From model search to signed deal

One team runs every stage, in sales and in service, inside your OEM program rules.

1 · Get found

Show up for model and trim searches

We run vehicle listing ads from your live inventory feed, search ads by model, trim and payment, and conquest campaigns where your OEM rules allow. Budget goes to the units you need to move.

4 · Know what is working

Cost per car sold, every month

Each sold deal and repair order is traced to the ad, listing or page that brought it. Your monthly review shows cars sold, service ROs and cost per car sold, reconciled to your DMS.

Key moments

Planned ahead for every busy week

Tax refunds, month end, new model arrivals and recalls each change what shoppers want. We plan each one early and adjust your ads when stock or offers change.

  1. 1

    When

    Tax refund season

Buyers with refunds shop for used cars and down payments. We raise used-inventory ads early and point them at units in the right price range.

  2. 2

    When

    Month and quarter end

When you have units to move, we shift budget to those models, update offers within your OEM rules and check lead response every day.

  3. 3

    When

    New model arrivals

When new model-year units land, we build model pages and ads, and move budget away from units that have sold.

  4. 4

    When

    A recall is announced

We reach owners in your service area with the recall notice and a booking link, and count how many book an RO.

What is included

Every item in your dealer plan

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most car dealers use.

  1. Vehicle listing ads from your feed

Google vehicle ads built from your live inventory feed. Sold units drop out the same day, and budget shifts to the models, trims and aged units you choose.

  2. Search campaigns by model and trim

Search ads for the model, trim and payment searches near your store, plus conquest campaigns on competing brands where your OEM program allows them.

  3. VDP and lead form tuning

We work on the dealer website you already have. Faster vehicle pages, clear pricing, click-to-call and shorter forms, each change measured on leads and appointments.

  4. Fixed ops marketing program

Recall outreach, declined-work follow-up, maintenance reminders and service search ads, with a monthly count of booked ROs and customer-pay totals.

  5. Used and CPO campaigns

Ads for trade-ins, auction buys and certified pre-owned units, weighted toward the units with the most days on your lot.

  6. Lead response tracking

Every internet lead and call timed from arrival to first reply. A morning list shows the leads still waiting and the salesperson who owns each one.

  7. Reviews after every sale and RO

Review requests sent after each delivery and service visit, with replies drafted for your approval on Google and the review sites you use.

  8. Co-op documentation each month

Tearsheets, invoices and spend reports sorted by campaign, ready for you or your office to submit to your OEM co-op program.

Reporting

Reports in cars sold and repair orders

Your dashboard reads Google Ads or Google Merchant Center every night and matches each job to the ad, listing or call that started it. Your account lead walks you through it every month.

Compliance

OEM programs and co-op rules

Franchised dealers work under OEM advertising programs. We plan every campaign inside those rules, so your spend can qualify for co-op where your program allows it.

  • We are not an OEM-certified vendor. We work alongside the certified website and ad vendors your OEM program requires.
  • Ads follow your OEM brand standards, model names, disclaimers and offer language, and are checked before anything goes live.
  • Each month we hand you co-op documentation: tearsheets, invoices and spend reports sorted by campaign and category.
  • You or your office submit co-op claims. Your OEM decides what it reimburses, and we never promise approval.
  • Price and payment ads carry the disclosures your OEM program, your state's dealer advertising rules and the federal Truth in Lending and Consumer Leasing rules call for.

Questions

Questions dealers ask before signing on

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What does dealership marketing cost with Nebula?

It depends on your rooftop count, the channels we run, your inventory size and whether you add service marketing and lead response work. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed. Your ad budget stays separate from our fee.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. Your Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile, analytics and all content stay in your dealership's name. If you leave, you keep all of it, with its full history.

How does ad spend work next to your fee?

Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both numbers.

How soon will we see results?

Your first findings arrive the morning after we connect your accounts, because our software loads up to 450 days of history on the first night. Fixes to wasted spend and slow lead response can show within weeks. Search and reviews build over several months. Each monthly review shows the progress.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on a kickoff call and about an hour to grant access. After that, a monthly review of about 30 minutes and quick approvals when we propose a change. Your named US account lead handles the rest.

Do you replace our OEM website vendor?

No. We work on the website you have now, on platforms such as Dealer.com or DealerOn, and alongside the vendors your OEM program requires. We cover the gaps they leave, such as service marketing, used inventory and lead response tracking.

Do you connect to our CRM and DMS?

Yes. Our software reads VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK and Reynolds and Reynolds where you grant access. It matches each lead to the deal or repair order it became, so cost per car sold comes from your records, not ad platform counts.
