What you get

What changes for your recurring book

More plans, fewer cancellations, more add-ons and tighter routes, with the work behind each.

More calls turned into recurring plans

Pages, offers and call scripts set ongoing service next to a one-time treatment. More callers choose the plan, and each plan brings visits all year.

Customers who stay longer

Service reminders, post-visit check-ins and renewal notices go out on schedule. Customers who skip a visit get flagged to your office the same day.

More revenue from current customers

Mosquito, termite, rodent and wildlife add-ons are offered in the right season to customers who already trust your techs.

Routes that earn more per hour

We focus ads and offers on neighborhoods near your current routes. More stops per street means less drive time per visit.

Problems we fix

Where pest companies lose recurring revenue

Three gaps we check first. Each fix is tracked to plans signed and plans kept.

One-time treatments that never become plans

Many callers ask for a single treatment. Without a clear plan offer and a follow-up after the visit, they never learn why ongoing service makes sense. You pay to win them again next season.

Cancellations quietly shrink the book

Customers cancel after a missed visit, a price change or a long stretch with no contact. New sales can hide the losses for months, until the total stops growing.

21 million

homes are invaded by rodents each winter, by NPMA estimate

Seasonal rushes catch the office short

Calls jump with spring ants and termite swarms, summer mosquitoes and fall rodents. When the office is busy, calls go unanswered, and seasonal buyers sign with whoever picks up.

How we help

From first call to recurring plan

We run all four steps and report the results in plans signed and plans kept.

1 · Get found

Reach homeowners who want ongoing service

Local Services Ads and Google Ads by pest and season, with plan searches bid higher than one-time searches. Neighborhood pages and ads focus on streets near your current routes.

4 · Know what is working

Track new plans, cancellations and add-ons

Our software reads your field service software every night. You see new recurring customers, cancellations, add-on sales and cost per new plan by lead source.

Key moments

Ready before each pest season

Pest calls follow the calendar: ants and termites in spring, mosquitoes in summer and rodents in fall. We time ads, offers and call coverage to each one.

JanFebMarAprMayJunJulAugSepOctNovDec 1 · Spring swarms 2 · Mosquito season 3 · First cold nights 4 · Winter renewals
Illustrative demand pattern for a typical US market, and your own curve comes from your service data.

1Spring swarms

Termite swarm and ant calls surge. We raise budgets for those searches, offer termite inspections to current customers and add overflow answering for the rush.

2Mosquito season

Mosquito campaigns start before the first warm weekends. Current plan customers get an add-on offer first, then we reach nearby homes.

3First cold nights

Rodents move indoors as it cools. We launch rodent and exclusion campaigns and send fall offers to current customers who do not have rodent service.

4Winter renewals

Calls slow, so we focus on renewals, win-back offers to cancelled customers and commercial outreach for the coming year.

What is included

Everything we run for your routes

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most pest control companies use.

  1. Recurring plan landing pages

Pages for general pest, mosquito, termite and rodent plans that compare ongoing service with a one-time treatment. Each page has clear terms, a quote form and a call button.

  2. Ads split by pest and season

Separate campaigns for ants, roaches, mosquitoes, termites, rodents and wildlife, with budgets timed to each season. Plan searches get higher bids than one-time searches.

  3. Route-density targeting

Ads and offers focus on ZIP codes and neighborhoods near your current routes, so new stops land where your techs already drive.

  4. One-time to plan follow-up

After a one-time treatment, the customer gets texts and emails explaining the plan, with a simple sign-up link and a reminder before pests return.

  5. Renewal and retention reminders

Pre-visit notices, post-visit check-ins and renewal reminders go out on schedule. Customers who skip a visit or ask to cancel are flagged to your office the same day.

  6. Seasonal add-on offers

Mosquito offers in spring, termite inspections before swarm season and rodent exclusion in fall go to current customers who do not have that service yet.

  7. Commercial account outreach

Email outreach and pages for restaurants, property managers and warehouses that explain your inspection schedule, service reports and terms for commercial accounts.

  8. Reviews after each service

Requests go out after the first service and at set points through the year. Reviews that name a technician are shared with that tech and get a reply you approve.

Compliance

Pesticide safety claims kept within the rules

Pest control advertising has its own limits. EPA label rules and state rules, such as those in Texas and California, restrict how treatments are described.

  • Federal rules list claims like 'safe', 'harmless' and 'nontoxic to humans and pets' as misleading on pesticide labels.
  • Texas rules bar pest control ads that claim a pesticide is safe or non-toxic, even with 'when used as directed'.
  • California's Structural Pest Control Board treats claims that a pesticide application is safe as false and misleading advertising.
  • Texas also bars claims such as 'environmentally friendly', 'all natural' and 'organic'. We leave them out of Texas ads and check each state's rules before using them.

Questions

Pest control questions, answered plainly

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What affects the cost of pest control marketing?

Cost depends on how many service areas you cover, how competitive pest searches are there, how many branches you run, whether you sell commercial accounts and which services you need. Ad budget is separate and paid to Google and Meta from your own accounts. A written quote comes with your free audit if you want one.

Do you require a contract?

No long contract. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel at the end of any month.

Who owns my accounts if I leave?

You do, before and after. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile and all content are in your name, and you keep them if you leave.

How do my ad budget and your fee work?

Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so each season's spend is clear.

When will I see more recurring customers?

Plan follow-up to one-time customers and save calls can show results in the first month. Ads usually settle within 30 to 60 days, and seasonal campaigns depend on when your busy season starts. Map rankings build over 3 to 6 months. We cannot promise a set number of plans, and your monthly review shows what changed.

How much time will I spend on this?

A kickoff call of about an hour and a few logins. After that, you approve changes and seasonal offers by email or text and join a monthly review with your account lead.

Do you connect to pest control software?

Our software connects to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber and Workiz, plus QuickBooks for invoices. If you run a pest-specific system, we check the connection during your free audit and tell you plainly what we can read before you sign up.

Can you help reduce cancellations?

Yes. We send pre-visit notices, post-visit check-ins and renewal reminders on schedule, and flag customers who skip a visit or ask to cancel so your office can call them the same day. You see cancellations and their recorded reasons each month. We cannot promise a set retention rate.
